The Professional Side

Dr. James K. Ambrose, DDS, is a highly experienced general dentist with a deep commitment to patient care and oral health. He earned his undergraduate education from Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1982. As soon as he received his license, Dr. Ambrose opened his own dental office, where he practiced for 38 years before transitioning into short-term locum roles. His extensive career is rooted in a lifelong interest in dentistry, inspired by his own dental experiences as a child. Dr. Ambrose strives to help patients maintain the health and function of their teeth while ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.

Outside the Dental Office

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Ambrose values spending quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. He believes in living with purpose and finds inspiration in the verse: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” – Proverbs 16:3. His compassionate nature and dedication to service continue to leave a positive impact on every patient he meets.
