Your First Visit at Brixton Family Dental
Your first appointment includes a professional dental exam and X-rays to assess your oral health. Our team reviews your dental and medical history, addresses immediate concerns, and develops a personalized treatment plan. We strive to make each visit comfortable by providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Your first appointment is the beginning of a lasting relationship. We offer ongoing support and valuable dental patient resources to meet your needs.
Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any X-rays from a previous dentist if you have them (your previous dentist can also forward X-rays to our office if you ask)
- A valid form of ID
- A list of medications you take
- A list of current health concerns, issues, and past surgeries
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
