- All required X-rays
- An annual oral cancer screening
- 10-35% off most other services

Note: Bright Smiles subscription plans are NOT INSURANCE. They are licensed discount savings plans offered by participating providers. Subscribers in good standing with their subscription fees are eligible to receive transparent, subscriber-only discounts from the normal retail fees at participating offices. The plan subscriber is obligated to pay for all services other than the discount afforded by the subscription plan. Subscribili does not make payments directly to providers for services rendered to plan subscribers. Before purchase and upon request, Subscribili will provide a comprehensive list of all participating providers, including their names, cities, states, and specialty categories, within the service area of a plan subscriber. The plan is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act. The plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the MGLC111M and the 956 CMR 5.00. Your $99 membership includes:

- Necessary X-rays with exam
- Annual oral cancer screening
- $99 basic cleaning/perio maintenance
- $175 scaling and root planing per quadrant
- 10% discount on all preventative and fillings, crowns, implants, bridges, and extractions.
- 20% discount for crowns and implants*
- 35% discount on dentures and partials (excluding repairs and realigns and rebase)
- 5% discount on Invisalign® clear braces and any orthodontic services
*When paid in full with cash, check, or personal credit card at the time of treatment planning or the start.

Our dental savings plan is for Brixton Family Dental only, so you cannot transfer it to another dentist.
